Harrison Ford Solid Brass Haversack Sling Buttons

These Rifle Sling Buttons are the perfect detail to add to your 1936 Haversack leather bag strap.  
 
Made from Solid Brass, these are reproduction buttons patterned after WW2 Rifle Sling Buttons.  As seen on one end of the bag sling Harrison Ford used in the 1981 film, these are nice quality and fit a 6-7 oz. Veg-Tanned strap perfectly.   
 
These buttons hold the leather strap to the metal loop of your haversack, much the same way as a Chicago screw would.  Simply punch a hole in your leather, sized correctly to accomodate the button head.  
 
These reproductions are discontinued and we only have 10 in stock. 
 
You'll need one per bag strap as only one was used on the 1981 haversack.  The other end of the strap for the film prop was either riveted or a Chicago Screw was employed to secure it to the bag.
